Auraiya News: In Auraiya, a girl has accused a constable of having physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage. The girl has filed a case against the constable. It is alleged that, earlier the constable was ready to marry the girl. The constable put a demand of Rs 25 lakh. When the demand was not met, he refused to marry. It was told that the constable is currently posted in Firozabad.

Actually, a girl named Pushpendra, a constable from Hathras, had lodged a police complaint accusing her. The girl has lodged a complaint in Auraiya police station that a constable named Pushpendra first trapped her in a love trap after which he had physical relations with her and also talked about marriage. Both of them told their families about their love affair and both their families were also ready for the marriage but a few days ago Pushpendra refused to marry.

The girl told in the complaint that, I met Pushpendra in Agra in the year 2021. Pushpendra took my mobile number and after which both of us started talking to each other. After talking for a year, we both became closer. After which in 2022 we informed our respective families about this and decided to get married. The families of both were ready for this marriage.

The accused demanded Rs 25 lakh.
The girl said that Pushpendra kept talking about marrying me and in the year 2023 he used to come to meet me several times in Mathura Agra Jalaun district. We also used to go to meet him and in the meantime Pushpendra raped me. When we talked about marriage, he put a demand of 25 lakhs from me. When Pushpendra's demand was not met, he refused to marry. We tried to meet Pushpendra several times and talk to him on the phone. Pushpendra neither talked to us nor wanted to meet us.

On this entire matter, Deputy SP Mahendra Pal said that a case has been registered in Auraiya police station against constable Pushpendra posted in Firozabad police line. The case has been registered for having physical relations with the girl and giving false promise of marriage. The girl is a resident of Auraiya district, due to which the case was registered in Auraiya. This entire matter is being investigated.
