40 IAS officers transferred in UP, DMs of 15 districts removed, CM Yogi's special secretary also transferred.

News Topical, Digital Desk : The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh has issued an order transferring 40 IAS officers. The District Magistrates of 15 districts have also been replaced. Transport Commissioner Kinjal Singh has been removed and appointed Secretary of the Secondary Education Department. Meanwhile, 2010-batch IAS officer Ashutosh Niranjan, who recently returned from central deputation, has been appointed the new Transport Commissioner.

Lakhimpur Kheri District Magistrate Durgashakti Nagpal has been promoted to the position of Divisional Commissioner of the Devipatan Division. Agra District Magistrate Arvind Mallapa Bangari has been appointed as Special Secretary to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath .

These officers were transferred

Bulandshahr District Magistrate Shruti has been appointed Managing Director of the Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam. Jhansi District Magistrate Mridul Chaudhary has been appointed Special Secretary in the Tourism Department. Fatehpur District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar has been appointed Special Secretary in the Energy Department. 

Additionally, Rae Bareli District Magistrate Harshita Mathur has been appointed Director of the Women and Child Development Department. Shravasti District Magistrate Ashwini Kumar Pandey has been appointed Director of the Minority Affairs Department. Unnao District Magistrate Gaurang Rathi has been appointed District Magistrate of Jhansi. Sultanpur District Magistrate Kumar Harsh has been appointed District Magistrate of Bulandshahr. 

DMs have been changed in these districts of western UP.

Arvind Kumar Chauhan, DM of Shamli in western UP, has been appointed DM of Saharanpur. Nidhi Gupta Vats, DM of Amroha, has been appointed DM of Fatehpur. Manish Bansal, DM of Saharanpur, has been appointed DM of Agra.

In addition, Hamirpur District Magistrate Ghanshyam Meena has been appointed District Magistrate of Unnao. Mainpuri District Magistrate Anjani Kumar Singh has been appointed District Magistrate of Lakhimpur Kheri. Auraiya District Magistrate Indramani Tripathi has been appointed District Magistrate of Mainpuri. 

CM Yogi's special secretary transferred

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's special secretary, Brajesh Kumar, has been transferred to the post of District Magistrate of Auraiya. Alok Yadav, vice-chairman of the Jhansi Development Authority, has been transferred to the post of District Magistrate of Shamli. Abhishek Goyal, a 2016-batch IAS officer, has been transferred from the position of Special Secretary of the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department to the post of District Magistrate of Hamirpur.

IAS Inderjeet Singh has been transferred from the post of Special Secretary, Energy Department, to the post of District Magistrate, Sultanpur. IAS Annapurna Garg has been transferred from the post of Special Secretary, Appointments and Personnel Department, to the post of District Magistrate, Shravasti.

Nitin Gaur has been transferred from the post of Vice Chairman of the Hapur-Pilkhwa Development Authority to the post of District Magistrate of Amroha. IAS officer Saranjit Kaur Broka has been transferred from the post of Director of the Women and Child Development Department to the post of District Magistrate of Rae Bareli. CM Yogi has suddenly made a major administrative reshuffle.
