Yogi government's bulldozer ran on Ram Swaroop University, 5 days ago there was a ruckus with ABVP:

News Topical, Digital Desk : Bulldozers were run in the campus of Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial University (SRMU) located in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh today in the presence of administrative officials. This action was taken to remove the illegal construction allegedly done by the university on government land.

The newly constructed "Animal House" in the university campus has been completely demolished. This structure was built on government land without any valid permission. At around 4 pm, bulldozers entered the university campus and started the process of demolishing the illegal construction.

Animal house is built on 400 square meters

ADM Judicial Raj Kumar Sharma said that during investigation, the university was found to have occupied the land of the village society, after the eviction action, bulldozer action was taken. The animal house was built on 400 square meters on which action is going on. Along with this, survey work is going on.

Complaint of illegal occupation found correct in investigation

Actually, complaints were being received about illegal occupation of the pond and government land in the university campus. It was being said that this complaint was made by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). After this, the Revenue Department investigated it. The Revenue Department's investigation was confirmed as illegal, after which the Tehsil administration prepared to take action.

Let us tell you that Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad's provincial minister Mayank Rai had accused Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial University of occupying government land. Mayank Rai said that a private university has been built by occupying government land.

CM Yogi took action on the lathicharge case

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the lathicharge on the students' protest at Shri Ram Swaroop University in Barabanki . In this case, CO City Harshit Chauhan of Barabanki has been suspended. All the personnel of Gadiya police post including city Kotwal Ram Kishun Rana and post in-charge Gajendra Singh have been suspended.
