The Ukrainian leader also thanked Trump for signing the “Sanctioning Russia Act 2026”, a measure that tightens restrictions on Russian oil and gas imports. He warned that the bill could lead to 100% tariffs on countries such as India and China that rely heavily on Russian energy.
