What precautions should be taken?

  • One should take care of the nutrients in food, eat food rich in zinc and iodine.
  • Eat a diet rich in Vitamin D and probiotics .
  • Avoid sugary foods. 
  • Consuming seasonal fruits is beneficial for health. 
  • Avoid eating rock salt daily.
  • Eat spinach and leafy greens  that are rich in iron and magnesium .
  • Do swimming, yoga and other physical activities. 
  • Try to get 15 to 20 minutes of sunlight in the morning.
  • Yoga- Reduce stress through exercise and maintain a proper daily routine.
