Tulsi Vivah 2025 auspicious time
According to the Vedic calendar, the Dwadashi Tithi of the Shukla Paksha (bright fortnight) of the Kartik month begins at 7:31 am on November 2nd. It will end at 5:07 am on November 3rd. Therefore, this year's Tulsi Vivah will be celebrated on November 2nd.
Tulsi Vivah 2025 Puja Rituals
- Install a Tulsi plant in the courtyard, balcony or place of worship of the house and decorate it beautifully by making rangoli on it.
- Offer bangles, scarf, saree and all the makeup items to Tulsi ji.
- Install Shaligram ji on the right side of the Tulsi plant.
- Bathe Tulsi Mata and Lord Shaligram with Ganga water.
- Apply sandalwood tilak to Shaligram ji and roli tilak to Tulsi ji.
- Offer them flowers, sweets as offerings, sugarcane, Panchamrit water chestnuts etc.
- Light incense and lamps.
- Rice is not offered to Shaligram ji, hence offer sesame seeds or white sandalwood on him.
- Seven rounds of Goddess Tulsi and Lord Shaligram are taken with proper chanting of mantras.
- After the marriage, perform Aarti and distribute Prasad among everyone.
