A separate special section has been created for children

Jagran Film Festival usually selects films for audiences above 18 years of age, but this time, keeping the tagline 'Good Cinema for Everyone' true, a separate section has been created for children.

Let us tell you that this section will be kept in the morning slot. It will include animation films, feature films and documentaries, which will be based on children's favorite themes like friendship, adventure, imagination, courage and sensitivity.

These films will be screened for children

The screening of Dhanak, Sumi, Nani Teri Morni, Appu, Gandhi & Company, Agar Magar But But But, Bicycle Days, Friends Book and Chhota Bheem has been scheduled at the Jagran Film Festival.

There will be a special slot for specially-abled audience

This time a special slot has been introduced for cinema lovers in JFF, which will be especially for autistic audiences i.e. specially-abled audiences. The films to be shown in this section are Tanvi the Great and Sitare Zameen Par.

Association of FIPRESCI

After many years of hard work, Jagran Film Festival has now officially partnered with FIPRESCI.

Regarding FIPRESCI, let us tell you that it is the world's oldest and most prestigious film critics association, which has members in more than 50 countries.

Its independent jury award is given in major festivals like Cannes, Berlin, Venice and Toronto.

Who is Wong Kar-wai?

  • is a legendary Hong Kong director known for his unique storytelling and visual style.
