According to reports, 64-year-old Prakash Mishra was admitted to Kanpur Hallet Hospital by his family due to a brain hemorrhage. The family alleges that the oxygen supply administered by the doctor lacked oxygen. They also allege that when they confronted the staff about the matter, they were treated rudely. The doctors have filed a counter-suit against the family.

Meanwhile, a health department official stated that Prakash Mishra's family had admitted him on October 2nd. Due to the doctors' negligence, the family had complained to the Chief Minister's Helpline about a foul odor near his bed, prompting a change of bed.

They also alleged that the doctors were not caring for the patient properly. It is alleged that the family was assaulted after complaining to the Chief Minister's Helpline. The doctor stated that the patient was brought to the hospital in critical condition, where he died during treatment.
