Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has questioned the basis for women's reservations. He demanded that discussions be held regarding women's reservations based on current population.

SP President Akhilesh Yadav made this statement while speaking to reporters and also raised questions about the basis for women's reservations proposed in Parliament. Allegations of dishonesty leveled against the Election Commission

Expressing apprehension about the Chief Election Commissioner, he said that Gyanesh will indulge in further dishonesty and the Election Commission will indulge in further dishonesty in the Uttar Pradesh elections. He targeted the Election Commission, claiming that it has failed in its duty to ensure voter inclusion.

Akhilesh Yadav said, "It's the Election Commission's job to add voters, but for the first time it seems the Commission is focused on removing voters." He alleged that inflation and unemployment are rising and the situation will worsen after the elections.

Regarding the Uttar Pradesh government's increase in honorarium for Shiksha Mitras, he said, "If the Shiksha Mitras had supported us at that time (2017), there would be a Samajwadi government in Uttar Pradesh today, and Shiksha Mitras would have government jobs. If anyone can provide them justice in the future, it is the Samajwadi government."
