Of the 17 identified in the arson incidents, 11 were arrested, including 8 non-workers. 32 people were identified on charges of incitement, of whom 19 were arrested. Additionally, 34 individuals who were not workers but were attempting to disrupt the atmosphere by joining the alleged movement were also apprehended.

According to sources, this entire incident was part of a conspiracy to destabilize the industrial hub of Noida and harm the state's economy. The role of organized networks and external actors is also under investigation. Attempts to incite violence and spread rumors through social media have also been uncovered.

Following Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's instructions, the administration took immediate action and brought law and order under complete control. At the same time, swift decisions were taken in the interests of workers, resulting in cooperation from both workers and industry, and industrial activity quickly returned to normal.
