News Topical, Digital Desk : The Delhi High Court delivered a ruling that captured public attention. The case involved a dispute between neighbors, in which FIRs had been filed by both parties. The dispute began over a pet and gradually escalated into physical violence, verbal abuse, and threats. However, the two families later reached a compromise and filed a petition in the Delhi High Court, requesting the quashing of the FIRs. 

Justice Arun Moga of the Delhi High Court, hearing the case, stated that since the dispute has been resolved amicably and is a private matter, there is no need to pursue criminal proceedings. Instead of ending the case, the court added a unique condition. 

Both neighbors should share pizza and Amul buttermilk - High Court 

During the hearing of the case, the Delhi High Court ordered that the two neighbours would distribute pizza and Amul buttermilk to all the children and staff at the government children's home, Sanskar Ashram, located near GTB Hospital.

The Delhi High Court ordered the complainant to prepare the pizza himself, as he runs a pizza business. The Delhi High Court clarified that each child caretaker and staff member should be provided with a mixed vegetable pizza and a tetra pack of Amul buttermilk. 

The court quashed the FIR to save both the parties from unnecessary trouble and to promote mutual goodwill and social harmony.

The investigating officer will monitor the case - High Court 

During the hearing of the case, the Delhi High Court assigned the investigating officer the responsibility of monitoring this order so that the pizza party could actually take place. This court decision not only ended the neighbors' feud but also gave the children a delicious gift.
