Trump reportedly placed three conditions before Asim Munir for helping Pakistan. These include approval of Starlink and more shares in rare earth minerals.

Trump's three conditions

  • Trump has set three conditions for Pakistan. The first is to expedite the licensing of Elon Musk's company, Starlink, and to provide high-speed internet access to remote areas of Pakistan.
  • At the same time, Trump's second condition was to ease business by removing 5% digital service tax from American companies like Amazon, Google, Netflix.
  • In his third condition, Trump demanded an increase in the US's share in the mining of rare earth minerals in Balochistan. The US would also have to be granted greater rights to sell them.
