News Topical, Digital Desk : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat said that India is rapidly progressing on the path of development, proving everyone's predictions wrong. He said that its strength is hidden in our traditional thinking of knowledge, action and devotion.

Speaking at the launch event of Minister Prahlad Singh Patel's book 'Parikrama Kripa Saar' in Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Bhagwat said that former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill had predicted that after independence, India would disintegrate and would not survive, but it proved wrong.

He said, "Now England itself is in a state of disintegration, but India will not break but will move forward." Bhagwat said that India was the world leader for 3 thousand years and there was no global conflict at that time. He blamed selfish interests for the problems of the world.

The RSS chief said cows, rivers and trees are worshipped in India because there is a living and intimate relationship with nature. He said that today the world is also looking for such a relationship, but a system that relies only on power has prevented them from doing so.

Bhagwat's taunt

Bhagwat said, "The world was told that everyone is different and only the strong will survive. This thinking created conflicts and difficulties." He gave an example that earlier only tailors used to cut the pockets or the neck of clothes, but now the whole world is doing the same work.

He said that India's ancestors showed the way to balance life through different sects and traditions. This is the reason why India is continuously developing today. Bhagwat said that we are all characters in the drama of life and when this drama ends, the real self comes out.
