What is the story of Mandala?

The story of the series is set in the fictional city of Charandaspur. Where suddenly murders are happening one after the other in the city. A strange fear has set in the minds of the people and no one knows who is going to be next. Mandla Murders is a scary folktale.

The story of Mandala Murders is about the people of Ayastis community who live in the forest of Varuna. They worship a deity named Yastha. Every person who is murdered in the village is missing a torso and with the help of this they try to create their own human and give it life. They believe that Yastha will rule supreme and change the whole world. In this way, people considered unworthy will be freed from it.

What questions did the series leave behind?

Even though the immediate threat is averted in the final episode, the series ends on a note of uncertainty. The final scenes indicate that some members are still at large and that the ideology behind Yaast has not been completely eradicated. The shadow of the Ayastis still looms over Charandaspur, opening the door for future conflicts. It looks like a second season will be coming soon.
