The Kerala Story 2 teaser released
The motion poster for The Kerala Story 2 was recently released, and now the film's teaser has also arrived. The 2-minute-6-second teaser depicts the trauma of the harassment faced by three girls: Sulekha Nair from Kerala, who dreams of becoming an IAS officer, Neha Sant from Madhya Pradesh, who dreams of bringing glory to the country in javelin throw, and Divya Paliwal from Rajasthan, who aspires to become a social media influencer.
The teaser leaves a sharp question
These dreams of the three girls are shattered when they fall prey to a love trap and are forced to convert. The teaser reveals that the aim of those who converted them is to convert India's 85 million unmarried girls. With every frame filled with fear, anger, and truth, the teaser for The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond offers a more poignant and serious narrative than the first chapter.
While sharing the teaser of the film, the caption read, "Our daughters do not fall in love, they get trapped. Now we will not tolerate, we will fight."
When will The Kerala Story 2 release?
Produced by Vipul Shah, The Kerala Story 2 is directed by National Award winner Kamakhya Narayan Singh. The film stars Ulka Gupta, Aishwarya Ojha, and Aditi Bhatia in lead roles. The film tells the story of three girls whose lives take a horrific turn when they fall in love with three Muslim men. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on February 27, 2026.
