Radha was in Mumbai when producer Kewal Kashyap offered her her first film, Chori Chori. In 1971, she appeared in Do Raah, also starring Anil Dhawan and Shatrughan Sinha. That same year, Radha Saluja appeared opposite Mehmood in the film Lakhon Mein Ek. Radha also briefly worked with Telugu superstar NTR.
