According to the India Meteorological Department ( IMD), many parts of the country may experience rain and snowfall in the coming days due to the influence of western disturbances.
Delhi-NCR weather
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Delhi-NCR will be mostly clear on Friday, February 7th. Sunshine during the day will provide relief from the cold. However, the sky may be partly cloudy on February 8th and 9th. Meteorologists say that the cold will gradually subside over the next 10 to 15 days.
Alert in Himachal and Uttarakhand
Rain and snowfall are expected in Himachal Pradesh between February 9 and 11. A warning has also been issued for dense fog in many areas until February 8.
The weather in Uttarakhand may also change during this time. Dense fog will prevail in some areas on February 7th and 8th, while rain and snowfall are expected between February 9th and 11th.
The situation in Bihar and Jammu and Kashmir
While daytime sunshine is providing relief in Bihar, fog and mist are adding to people's discomfort in the morning. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMD ), the weather will remain normal for the time being, although minimum temperatures in some areas have been recorded below normal.
Jammu and Kashmir recently experienced rain and snowfall. The Meteorological Department has forecast another spell of widespread rain and snowfall between February 9 and 11. There is also an alert for strong winds and thunderstorms on February 10. Temperatures remain below freezing in many areas.
