An FIR has been filed against RJD leader and former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra on Friday. BJP MLA from Gadchiroli Milind Ramji Narote has filed this complaint against him.
Case filed against Tejashwi Yadav
The complaint filed against Tejashwi Yadav states that he has posted an objectionable and derogatory post against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his social media platform X on August 22. This case has been registered on the complaint of Milind Ramji Narote, MLA from Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.
The case has been registered in Gadchiroli police station under sections 196(1)(A)(B), 356(2)(3), 352, 353(2). The BJP MLA complained in the police station that Tejashwi Yadav posted a post from his x handle on Friday morning. It is alleged that objectionable comments were made on Prime Minister Modi in it. The Prime Minister's photo was also attached in this post. A copy of the post has been attached as evidence in the case.
In Shahjahanpur, UP, a case has been registered against Tejashwi Yadav in Sadar Bazar police station on the complaint of Bharatiya Janata Party's metropolitan president Shilpi Gupta. Complainant Shilpi said that the whole country is angry with Tejashwi Yadav's indecent remarks against the country's Prime Minister. Shilpi Gupta has demanded strict action against Tejashwi Yadav from the police.
What was Tejashwi Yadav's post?
In fact, before the PM's visit to Gaya on August 22, Tejashwi Yadav had shared a post on his social media account with a cartoon of the PM. In this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Gaya rally was described as "Bayabaazi ki Dukaan". In this post shared on X before the rally, Prime Minister Modi was shown as a shopkeeper. The signboard of the shop read, "Bayabaazi ki Pashchimi Dukaan". Along with this, Tejashwi Yadav had also asked PM Modi to give an account of his 11 years of rule along with the 20 years of NDA in Bihar.
