The goddess said

God, God! Mahadev! Trikalajnya! Maheshwar!

O, merciful God! Bhaktanugrahakarak! ॥

I really want to hear about the 180th story of Lakshmi.

God said

Goddess! Well, most fortunate, it bestows great fortune.

It is pious and bestows all opulence and destroys all sins.

It relieves all poverty and gives enjoyment and liberation by hearing it.

It is divine and beyond the mystery of the king.

It is rarely found among all the demigods, and it is the abode of sixty-four arts.

It is the ever-giving source of all the best treasures, such as lotuses.

O Lord, it is to be worshipped by all, and it gives the eight perfections, beginning with the aṇimā.

O goddess, what is the use of so much explanation that is so direct?

Today I shall speak to you with great pleasure. Please listen with concentrated attention.

The deity of this 180th verse is Mahalakshmi

I bow to the abode of religion, the merciful, the mother of the world.

The lotus-loving, lotus-handled, lotus-eyed, lotus-beautiful. 5 ॥

The lotus-flower, the lotus-faced, the lotus-navel-loving, the beautiful.

The, goddess, who, holds, a, garland, of, lotuses, is, fragrant, with, lotuses. 6 ॥

The holy fragrance, the well-pleasing, the gracious, the radiant.

I offer my obeisances to the moon-faced, moon-like, moon-sister. 7 ॥

Four-armed, moon-like, Indira, Mindushitala.

He, delighted, in, his, mother, nourishment, auspicious, auspicious, and, chaste. 8 ॥

Pure, mother of the universe, satisfied, destroyer of poverty.

A learned person who has conquered his senses should chant this mantra three times a day for six months.

After enjoying abundant pleasures, one attains fellowship at the end.
