According to the Ismaili calendar,  the month of Shaban is considered a crucial period of worship and preparation, and  Shab-e-Barat is celebrated on the 15th night of this month, also known as the night of forgiveness and judgment. This year, this night of worship will be celebrated on February 3rd.

According to beliefs, on this blessed night, Allah showers mercy upon his servants and prayers are accepted. In 2026, Shab-e-Barat is expected to fall in early February, indicating that the holy month of Ramadan is not far away.

Importance of Shab-e-Barat
