News Topical, Digital Desk : The heat is currently at its peak in the Sangam city. While the maximum temperature on April 23rd was recorded at 44.4 degrees Celsius, hot winds have paved the way for a further increase in temperatures since the morning of April 24th. According to the Meteorological Department, the situation will remain severe for the next three days.

The heat will bother you during the day as well as at night.

The Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave warning for April 24, 25, and 26. Maximum temperatures are expected to reach 45 degrees Celsius on April 25 and 26, while minimum temperatures will hover around 26-27 degrees Celsius. This indicates no respite from the heat, both day and night.

Some relief from heat waves around April 28

Today, April 24th, the minimum temperature was 23.4 degrees Celsius. The humidity level was also very low, reaching 28 percent at 8:30 am. According to the Meteorological Department, some relief from the heat waves may arrive around April 28th. However, this relief will be temporary, and the month of May will bring even more intense heat.

The heat could set new records.

According to experts, low humidity and strong hot winds are making the heatwave conditions even more dangerous. Therefore, people have been advised to avoid going out during the afternoon, drink plenty of water, and take sun protection measures. The impact of the steadily increasing heat is clearly visible on public life. The streets are deserted during the afternoon, while the demand for electricity and water is also increasing rapidly. If this situation continues, the heat could set new records in the coming days.
