What to eat during Rama Ekadashi fast?

Buckwheat and water chestnut flour – On this date, you can eat puri, paratha or pakoda made from water chestnut flour, buckwheat flour and Rajgira flour.
Dairy products – Milk, curd, buttermilk, cheese and ghee can be consumed on this occasion.
Salt and Spices – On this day, only rock salt and satvik spices like black pepper, green chillies, ginger, cumin powder etc. can be used.
