Q4 Results: Atul Limited has announced excellent results for the fourth quarter (Q4) of the financial year 2024-25. The consolidated net profit of the company has increased from ₹ 59 crores to ₹ 130 crores on an annual basis. At the same time, consolidated earnings have increased from ₹ 1,212 crores to ₹ 1,451 crores. The company's EBITDA has also increased from ₹ 148 crores to ₹ 222 crores and the EBITDA margin has increased from 12.2% to 15.3%, which reflects the improvement in the company's operational performance.
Announcement of 25 rupees dividend
Atul Limited's board proposes ₹25 per share dividend, record date and book closure announced. The Board of Directors of Atul Limited has proposed a dividend of ₹25 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25.
This dividend will be subject to the approval of the members in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 25 July 2025. The company has informed that the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders has been fixed as 11 July 2025. At the same time, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 12 July to 18 July 2025 (both days inclusive). After the dividend is approved in the AGM, it will be paid on or after 30 July 2025.
