Whereas, the Shukla Paksha is dedicated to the goddess of the world, Maa Durga. During the Krishna Paksha, the Shradh, Tarpan and Pinddaan of ancestors are performed. Whereas, the festival of Sharadiya Navratri is celebrated with great pomp in the Shukla Paksha. During Navratri, Goddess Maa Durga and her nine forms are worshiped and worshipped.

According to the Vedic calendar, the Trayodashi date of Krishna Paksha of Ashwin month will start on Friday, September 18 at 11:24 pm and will end on September 19 at 11:36 pm. Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati are worshiped during Pradosh Kaal on Trayodashi Tithi. For this, the date is not calculated from sunrise. The auspicious time for worshiping Lord Shiva on this day is from 06:21 pm to 08:43 pm. The first Pradosh fast of Ashwin month is falling on Friday. For this, it will be called Shukra Pradosh Vrat.
Pradosh Vrat 2025 Date and Shubh Muhurat (Pradosh Vrat 2025 Date and Shubh Muhurat)
According to the Vedic calendar, the Trayodashi Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Ashwin month will start on October 18 at 12:18 pm. At the same time, Trayodashi Tithi will end on October 19 at 01:51 pm. Thus, Pradosh Vrat will be observed on October 19. The auspicious time for worship on this day is from 05:48 pm to 08:20 pm.
