Heavy rain in Dehradun
Dense clouds have loomed over Uttarakhand since Wednesday morning, and heavy rain fell in Dehradun late in the evening. The entire city was flooded due to torrential rain for about four hours. More than 90 mm of rain was recorded during this period.
