Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's troubles are increasing. Another complaint has been made to Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot on Friday against Siddaramaiah, who is facing investigation in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority land scam. In this, the misuse of the state's consolidated fund has been alleged.

BJP MLC DS Arun has complained against the Chief Minister. Siddaramaiah also holds the finance portfolio. The MLC has demanded an inquiry into financial irregularities, misuse of funds and violation of constitutional obligations. He has also demanded his removal from the post.

Finance Minister is violating constitutional provisions

DS Arun said, our state's Chief Minister Siddaramaiah prepared false and fabricated documents and presented them in the assembly. This shows that he has no respect and faith for our Constitution. The Chief Minister has misused several thousand crores of rupees. The Finance Minister is violating constitutional provisions.

Siddaramaiah is already embroiled in the land scam

Let us tell you that Siddaramaiah is already embroiled in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority land scam. The Governor has also given approval to prosecute the Chief Minister in this case. The Chief Minister is accused of allotting a land to his wife Parvati in violation of rules.

Congress top leadership supports Siddaramaiah

According to PTI, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar met party president Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Friday. In the meeting, the top leadership extended full support to them and alleged that the central government is carrying out a systematic attack against the elected government of the state through a puppet governor as part of a conspiracy.

The party said it was united

The party said that it is united, will take the matter to the courts and will not be afraid. Congress General Secretary (Organization) KC Venugopal and Congress General Secretary in-charge of the state Randeep Surjewala were also present during this meeting.
