West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced to attend the meeting of Niti Aayog. But she says that she will attend the meeting only to protest against the budget. On Friday, Mamata Banerjee said that Niti Aayog should be abolished and Planning Commission should be brought back. She termed the Union Budget as politically biased.
Banerjee says that all non-NDA ruled states have been ignored in the budget. Mamata Banerjee said that the BJP has formed the government, but they do not have the mandate of the people. I thought it was my duty to raise my voice on a common platform, although I know that NITI Aayog has no financial power. She said this in New Delhi on Friday.
