News Topical, Digital Desk : With the beginning of the holy festival of Navratri, many places have banned the entry of non-Hindus into the Garba festival. Meanwhile, BJP MLA from Jaipur, Balmukund Acharya, has also issued a statement regarding the entry of non-Hindus into Garba. He also stated that non-Sanatanists will not be allowed entry into the festival.

While talking to news agency ANI, Balmukund Acharya said, “The workers and the police have been requested that non-Sanatani should not spoil the fun of the Garba festival. No non-Sanatani should indulge in any kind of mischief during the festival of Mai. For many years, there have been continuous complaints about the Garba festival. This year, no non-Sanatani will be allowed to enter the Garba festival, be it Muslim or anyone else.”

'Sanatanists will also have to follow the rules'

The BJP MLA further said, "If even a Sanatani indulges in any misdeed during the Garba festival, it is also not appropriate. Anyone coming to the Garba festival will follow all the rules, apply tilak, tie sacred thread, take the offerings of God and if Ganga water is available, take that too."

Remember, Mai has a trident in her hand.

He also said, "This is the festival of Maa and whoever respects my mothers and sisters in it will get the blessings of Maa Durga in the Garba festival and otherwise Maa has a trident, sword and lion in her hand, keep this in mind also."
