Paneer contains a good amount of protein. You must have eaten paneer parathas many times in breakfast. If you are bored of eating it or want to include more variety of paneer in breakfast, then try paneer tikka sandwich. 

Paneer Tikka Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients - 1/2 cup curd, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala or 1 tsp pickle masala, 1 tbsp mustard oil, 3 tbsp roasted kasuri methi, 3 tbsp roasted gram flour, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt to taste

Method of making

  • First of all, add curd, mustard oil, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder in a bowl and mix well. 
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • Along with this, add roasted kasuri methi and gram flour to it.
  • Mix all the things with the help of a spoon. 
  • Now add cheese cut into small pieces into it.
  • Coat the paneer well in the mixture.
  • Leave the marinated paneer for at least 2 to 3 hours. 
  • If you want, you can also add capsicum and onion to it.
  • Then put it in a pan or wok and cook it until the oil separates. 
  • Now take bread slices. First spread a layer of green chutney on it.
  • After that spread this cheese mixture.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top of it and toast it in a sandwich maker.
  • Paneer tikka sandwich is ready to serve.
