Recipe for making Coriander Panjiri
Ingredients - Ghee - ¼ cup, crushed cashews - 10-12, crushed almonds - 10-12, makhana - ½ cup, coriander powder - 2 cups, grated dry coconut - ½ cup, powdered sugar - ½ cup
How to make Coriander Panjiri
Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon ghee in it.
After the ghee is heated, fry the dry fruits in it on low flame till they turn golden.
Take it out in a vessel and keep it aside.
Now fry the makhanas till they become crispy.
After it cools down a bit, put it in a glass and crush it or make it coarsely ground in a mixer.
Then add some ghee in the pan.
Now fry the coriander powder on low flame till it turns brown.
Then add roasted dry fruits and mix.
When the coriander mixture cools down a bit, add dry coconut and powdered sugar and mix it.
Coriander Panjiri Prasad is ready for Janmashtami.
