Today is the last day of subscription, after which the shares will be allotted on 23 May 2025. Borana Weaves IPO GMP is up by about 30% in the grey market. This means that there are indications that these shares will be listed at a premium price. The company's shares will be listed on both the exchanges i.e. BSE and NSE.
The Borana Weaves IPO opened on May 20, 2025. It is a book-built issue of ₹144.89 crore, with the issuance of 67.08 lakh fresh equity shares.
Investors can apply for a minimum lot of 69 shares, with a minimum investment of ₹14,145. The shares are priced between ₹205 and ₹216. Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd is the book-running lead manager for the IPO, and Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar. According to NSE data till noon on May 22, 2025, the Borana Weaves IPO was subscribed 54 times. Retail investors showed the highest interest.
