Police claim they have included Shivam Mishra's name in their investigation, but two days later, he has not been arrested.
The accident occurred around 3:15 pm on Sunday afternoon when a speeding Lamborghini car first hit a Bullet and then an auto-rickshaw in the posh Gwaltoli area, before climbing onto the sidewalk. Six people were seriously injured in the collision. Eyewitnesses claim that the car was being driven by Shivam Mishra, son of prominent tobacco businessman KK Mishra. They also confirmed that he was drunk.

Several videos of the incident have also surfaced, showing Shivam's bodyguards taking him out of the car. Despite eyewitness accounts and videos, the police's handling of the matter is now raising many questions.

Police Commissioner gave clarification on the matter
Kanpur Police Commissioner Raghubir Lal Singh stated that the investigation is ongoing. His name was not initially mentioned in the investigation, but now Shivam Mishra's name has been included. Police also visited his home to interview him. The family reported that the boy is hospitalized.
The police stated that the father has assured them of his full cooperation in the investigation. He has also been summoned for questioning, after which the law will take its course in determining further legal action. The Commissioner stated that the family claims a driver was driving the car, but based on our investigation, we are satisfied that Shivam was driving.
Whatever the family claims, his name was included in the FIR only after our investigation and CCTV footage. So, we will present this matter to the court and let them present their case.
The accused was seen on the roof of the house
Meanwhile, another shocking incident has come to light. When the police arrived at Shivam Mishra's house on Monday for investigation, no one came out. The police rang the doorbell, but no one answered. However, Shivam was seen peeking out of the door.
