Three major companies—WeWork India, Tata Capital, and LG Electronics India—are preparing to raise over ₹30,000 crore together. This has become the biggest IPO week of the year for investors. While Tata Capital is considered a strong bet for long-term investment, LG Electronics has the highest expectations for short-term listing gains. Investor sentiment towards WeWork India is currently mixed.

IPO market buzzing, three giants in the fray together - The IPO market is buzzing this week. Three big IPOs - WeWork India, Tata Capital and LG Electronics India - have caught the attention of investors. Through these three issues, the companies are planning to raise a total of more than ₹30,000 crore.

Tata Capital IPO: ₹15,511.87 crore LG Electronics India: ₹11,607 crore WeWork India: Around ₹3,000 crore IPO timeline and subscription status WeWork India IPO: Opened on October 3, will close on October 7. Only 8% subscription till the second day. Tata Capital IPO: Opened on October 6, will remain open till October 8. 21% booking in the first two hours. LG Electronics India IPO: Will open on October 7 and will be the third big issue of the week. IPO Opening and Subscription Status The WeWork India IPO opened on October 3 and will close on October 7. It was subscribed only 8% till Monday afternoon, indicating limited investor interest. The Tata Capital IPO opened on October 6 and will remain open till October 8. It was subscribed 21% in the first two hours. The LG Electronics India IPO will open on Tuesday, October 7, making it the third major issue of this week. 

Grey Market Premium (GMP) indicates that LG Electronics is performing the strongest in the grey market. The company's unlisted shares are trading at ₹1,390, a premium of ₹250 or about 22% from the upper end of the price band. Tata Capital's grey market premium is low at ₹7.5 or about 2.3%, while WeWork India is trading almost flat, at a premium of just ₹5 or 0.77%. However, it is important to remember that GMPs are unofficial indicators, but they indicate the likely direction of the stock on listing day. 

Where to invest: Almost all brokerage houses have given the Tata Capital IPO a "Subscribe for the long term" rating. Arihant Capital says that 97% of the company's customer onboarding is digital, and retail and housing finance are experiencing rapid growth of 30-40%. Anand Rathi Research also believes that the Tata Group's strong reputation and diversified portfolio make it an attractive long-term investment. SBI Securities has expressed the possibility of a decline in short-term profits, but has described the valuation as attractive. 

Opinions on the WeWork India IPO are mixed. SBI Securities has rated it "Neutral" because the IPO's valuation (P/E 50.1x) is quite high. However, Arihant Capital has advised "Subscribe for listing gains," while Anand Rathi has said "Subscribe for the long term," believing that the company's enterprise demand and revenue-to-rent multiple are strong. 

The market sentiment is positive regarding the LG Electronics India IPO . Both Choice Broking and SBI Securities have given it a "Subscribe" rating. During FY23–FY25, the company's revenue grew at a CAGR of 10.8%, EBITDA at 28%, and net profit at 27.8%. The company is expected to benefit from strong brand value and growing demand in the electronics sector.
