
News Topical, Digital Desk : Even though the stock market has suffered a sharp decline in recent times, the enthusiasm in the primary market remains. Next week, starting from August 4, 12 new IPOs and 14 companies will be listed on Dalal Street. These 12 companies are planning to raise about Rs 9,200 crore through their IPOs.
This amount is more than the Rs 7,300 crore raised by 14 IPOs last week. These include four mainboard IPOs, which will raise Rs 8,919 crore.
Mainboard IPOs
Highway Infrastructure and Knowledge Realty Trust: IPOs of toll collection and EPC projects company Highway Infrastructure and the largest office real estate investment trust Knowledge Realty Trust will open on August 5 and close on August 7. Highway Infrastructure will raise Rs 130 crore and Knowledge Realty Trust will raise Rs 4,800 crore. Their share price will be Rs 65-70 and Rs 95-100 per share respectively.
JSW Cement: Sajjan Jindal's JSW Group company JSW Cement will launch an IPO of Rs 3,600 crore on August 7. This includes new shares worth Rs 1,600 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of Rs 2,000 crore.
All Time Plastics: Sunil Singhania's Abakkus Asset Manager promoted plastic consumer product maker All Time Plastics' IPO will also open on August 7. It includes new shares worth Rs 280 crore and OFS of 43.85 lakh shares.
JSW Cement and All Time Plastics' IPOs will close on August 11. Information about their price band will be available on August 4.
IPO in SME segment 8 IPOs will also be launched in the SME segment next week. Out of these, 6 IPOs - Bhadora Industries, Parth Electricals & Engineering, Jyoti Global Plast, Aaradhya Disposal Industries, BLT Logistics, and Essex Marine - will open on the same day on August 4 and close on August 6.
The remaining two companies - Sawaliya Foods Products and ANB Metal Cast - will open their IPOs on August 7 and 8 respectively, which will close on August 11 and 12. Cash Ur Drive Marketing and Renol Polychem's IPOs will remain open till August 4 next week. Flysbs Aviation's IPO will close on August 5.
Listing Next week, 14 companies will debut in the stock market, including five in the mainboard segment.
Aditya Infotech and Laxmi India Finance: The video security and MSME lending companies will be listed on BSE and NSE on August 5.
National Securities Depository (NSDL), M&B Engineering, and Sri Lotus Developers: These will be listed on August 6. Aditya Infotech's IPO shares are trading at a premium of over 40% in the grey market. NSDL shares are at a premium of 15-16%, M&B Engineering at 12%, and Sri Lotus Developers at 24%, but Laxmi India Finance shares are not getting any premium.
