News Topical, Digital Desk : Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav and his uncle Shivpal Yadav have launched a major verbal attack on Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda during the Magh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Within a short span of time, the uncle and nephew targeted the government one after the other on the social media site X. Shivpal Singh Yadav, MLA from Jaswantnagar, wrote that the incident that happened with Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati ji in Prayagraj has exposed the reality of the BJP government.

The SP leader wrote that the same government that claims to champion religion and Sanatan Dharma on every platform is now afraid of the voices of saints. Asking questions has been criminalized, and dissent is being suppressed. This is not Ramrajya, but a state of fear. Saints, the Constitution, and truth—all three—are vulnerable and disrespected.

What did the SP chief say?

Meanwhile, Kannauj MP Akhilesh Yadav wrote, "Highly condemnable! Those demanding it should first provide their own certificates. No one imagined the divisive thinking of the BJP and its allies would stoop so low. The BJP is not related to anyone except those seeking power and money. Even the ten-headed ones had no ego left, what will remain of these one-headed ones?"

Another fight at Shankaracharya's place

Meanwhile, a fierce fight broke out outside Shankaracharya's camp. During Shankaracharya's press conference at the Prayagraj fair, a commotion erupted. In fact, some people were filming the press conference on their mobile phones.

During the same time, some boys behaved rudely towards the journalists, which angered the journalists and forced the YouTuber out of the conference. The YouTuber then called his friends, causing a prolonged commotion that eventually led to the police calming the situation.
