News Topical, Digital Desk : Tejashwi Yadav News: Tejashwi Yadav addressed the youth on Thursday in the student RJD youth parliament. Tejashwi Yadav made big promises in his address at Bapu Auditorium in Patna. He told the youth that there will be big and revolutionary changes if the government comes to power. He said that the government which the people gave a chance to in the last twenty years has given nothing to Bihar except backwardness.

Tejashwi Yadav said, "If RJD gets just twenty months, then it will do what could not be done in the last twenty years." In his speech, Tejashwi made several announcements focusing on education, employment, de-addiction, technical facilities and administrative transparency.

He promised that as soon as the government is formed, a youth commission will be formed so that the voice of the youth can be directly included in policy making. Domicile policy will be implemented, due to which the youth of Bihar will get preference in local jobs and opportunities.

He talked about waiving the exam form fee and travel fare, declaring the exam results on time and getting the exam preparation of graduate pass youth done by the government. He also took a pledge to keep the youth away from addiction by running a de-addiction campaign.

Under education reforms, he announced a plan to teach fluent English to students up to class VIII and to provide two eggs and milk daily to children living below the poverty line. His big vision is also that Bihar will be made a centre of world-class education, under which there is a proposal to set up an educational city on 2000 acres and to build a world-class university, so that students from the country and abroad come to study.

He also said that digital and high-tech libraries will be set up in every high school and 275 days of study will be guaranteed, with at least 80% attendance of students being mandatory. Tejashwi launched a scathing attack on the BJP and the NDA government in his speech, saying, "We are distributing pens and Nitish ji is distributing guns."

Giving the message behind distributing pens to the students, he said that what is written with a pencil can be erased, but what is written with a pen is a symbol of responsibility. This pen is to change the fate of Bihar. Targeting Prime Minister Modi, he said that he talks about the stock market and the rich, but remains silent on issues like unemployment and poverty.

Tejashwi also questioned the Election Commission and alleged that “at the behest of the BJP, the names of ration card holders are being removed from the voter list”. He called it a betrayal of democracy. He said that a big movement will be organized on this issue. At the end of his address, he told the youth in an emotional and motivational tone, “They will talk about jungle raj, you stay firm on jobs. They will talk about dead people, you stay firm on issues.”

He hit back at the opposition for targeting him over his young age and said, "I may be young, but my words are firm. If our government is formed, action will begin from the first day and we will make Bihar number one." Now we are standing on the threshold of change. The twenty-year-old, tired and broken system has to be changed and a new sun has to rise with the power of the youth.
