News Topical, Digital Desk : Renowned actor Govinda has responded to recent claims made by his wife Sunita Ahuja. He also broke his silence on allegations of an extramarital affair and spoke about his dedication to his work and professional conduct in the film industry.
Govinda told about his childhood love
Govinda said, “When haven't I been accused of this? The one making the accusation is my childhood love... in terms of love. It never worked out well. The love I'm having now, according to some, is old age.”
The actor clarified
Opening up about his professionalism and respect for his colleagues, the "Hero No. 1" actor told ANI, "I've worked with four superstars and a Miss Universe heroine. I've never looked down on them. Not one heroine of mine can say I've harassed or said anything disrespectful to anyone... I thank all the actors and actresses. I'm grateful to my directors, songs, and heroines for the success of my films."
“My mother was a heroine. I never mistreated any heroine. Now she's calling names, I've seen it. I don't like such words. So I apologize.”
Govinda's mother gave this advice
He also shared a life lesson from his mother, saying, "My mother told me, 'Govind, if you think about the world of your four family members, one day they will betray you. What can you do? The world is loving you. Are they stupid? Don't they have no money? Don't they have no respect?...I welcome all my actresses. I welcome all my actors. I am here because of you.'"
Govinda also responded to the name being linked to him, saying, "This Komal who's taking this name, I'm thankful that she doesn't say a single word, she's silent. That's how many youngsters there are these days."
Govinda and Sunita have been married since 1987 and are the proud parents of Tina and Yashvardhan. While Tina made her Bollywood debut in 2015 with "Second Hand Husband," Yashvardhan is preparing for his acting debut soon.
