Other relatives standing there ran away from the spot while people tried to intervene, during that time police also reached the spot and both of them were taken into custody and taken to the police station. A youth present at the spot made a video which is now going viral on social media.
This incident happened during the divorce hearing where the husband and wife were present in the court. According to eyewitnesses, as soon as the victim heard her husband lying in the court, she lost her temper and started beating him in front of everyone. People present in the court premises were stunned to see the incident.
The woman accused her husband
The woman alleges that her husband has been torturing her mentally and physically for the past several years and now he is living a luxurious life by living separately with his sister-in-law. The woman says that she tried to reconcile several times, but there was no change in her husband's behavior.
Uday Mandir Police Station Officer Sitaram Khoja along with his team reached the spot as soon as they got the information and separated the two and brought peace to the situation. Both the husband and wife were taken to the police station.
The video of the incident was recorded by many people present in the court premises on their mobile phones, which is now rapidly going viral on social media. In the video, the woman can be clearly seen beating her husband and complaining angrily about him. Police say that the matter is being investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken if necessary.
