News Topical, Digital Desk : Lord Krishna's teachings to Arjuna are contained in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita. By reciting it daily, you can see positive changes in your life. Today, we're going to share some of the teachings from the Gita that can help improve your life. Let's learn more about them.

1. “Karmanyevadhikaraste ma phaleshu kadachan.

Maa Karmaphalheturbhurma te Sangostvakarmani.”

In another verse of the Gita, Lord Krishna explains the importance of karma to Arjuna, saying, “You have control only over your actions, not over their fruits. Therefore, one should focus solely on one's actions, without worrying about the results.”

2. Matrasparshastu kaunteya shitoshnasukhaduhkhadaah.

अगामापायिनोऽनित्यास्तांस्तितिक्ष्व भारत.

In this verse,  Lord Krishna  tells Arjuna that life is a cycle of joys and sorrows. Therefore, one should endure these circumstances patiently, without becoming overwhelmed. Once you learn this quality, no sorrow can trouble you in life.

3. Sattvanurupa Sarvasya Shraddha Bhavati Bharat.

Shraddhamayoyaam purusho yo yacchhradhh sa eva sah.

This verse states that a person becomes what they believe or think. For example, if a person has negative thoughts, they experience negative results in life. On the other hand, a person with positive thinking always sees positive results. Therefore, one should have faith in themselves and maintain a positive outlook.

4. Chintaya Jayate Dukha Nanyatheheti Nischayi.

Taaya heenah sukhi shaantah everywhere galitsprahah.

This verse means that the source of suffering is worry, nothing else. A person who understands this is freed from all worries and lives a life of peace and happiness, freed from all desires.

5. ध्यायतो विश्यांपुंसः संगस्तेशूपजायते.

Sangatsanjayate kamaah kamatkrodhobhijayate.

This verse states that a person becomes attached to whatever they constantly think about. This leads to a desire to obtain that object, which, when unfulfilled, leads to anger. Therefore, one should avoid excessive attachment to anything. Otherwise, this can lead to suffering and anger.
