Many villages of Ghazipur's Revatipur block are completely surrounded by water and boats are the only means of transport for them. Farmers and villagers are looking very troubled by the conditions created after the rain.
Farmers of Revatipur village said that hundreds of acres of their crops have been completely submerged. Although they have to face this problem every year, this time this problem has come about a month earlier. Due to this, these people are facing problems.
Although the district administration is claiming to send relief material to the flood affected areas, this material has not yet reached the villagers. A lot of cattle herders also live in Revatipur village, whose place was surrounded by water and now they have reached a safe place. Also, a large number of cattle herders are engaged in the protection of their animals by arranging fodder and other items for them in the empty space of the village.

Let us tell you that about 54 villages in five tehsils of the district have been flooded, out of which 20 villages are completely submerged. When the District Magistrate came to know about these villages, he himself reached Revatipur block and talked to the people.
Instructions for providing relief material to the victims
Along with providing relief material to the affected people, he also instructed to activate Bal Ashrayalaya and Barh Chowkiya. During this, the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police also physically verified the relief material to be distributed to the flood victims to check the quality of the material being distributed.
