In fact, Lalit Modi hosted a lavish birthday bash for Vijay Mallya, photos of which are now rapidly going viral on social media. Biocon founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw was reportedly also present at the event, held at Lalit Modi's residence in Belgrave Square.

Photos of guests at the party have also surfaced. Photographer Jim Riedel, who was among the guests, shared a photo on social media. Along with the post, he wrote, “Thank you to Lalit K. Modi for the wonderful party he hosted at his beautiful London home last night ahead of Vijay Mallya's 70th birthday.”
In response to this, Lalit Modi wrote that thank you all for coming to my house and celebrating the pre-birthday party of my friend Vijay Mallya.
It's worth noting that Jim Riedel also shared a photo of the party on Instagram. In the post, he also showed the invitation card for the event. The invitation card read, "Reema (Bauri) and Lalit invite you to a lavish evening in honor of their dear friend Vijay Mallya, celebrating the 'King of Good Times.'" The card also featured a cartoon-style image of the former airline tycoon.

It's worth noting that Lalit Modi previously celebrated his 63rd birthday with a lavish party in London. His close friends, including Vijay Mallya, attended the event. Held at the Maddox Club, Lalit Modi was seen cutting a birthday cake, dancing, and interacting with guests.
Lalit Modi and Vijay Mallya, both currently living in the UK, are facing numerous legal cases related to financial and regulatory matters in India. However, they have consistently denied the allegations.
