With this series, Kajol ventured into the world of digital storytelling, and the two actors' on-screen chemistry instantly resonated with audiences.

Kajol plays a lawyer grappling with professional turmoil in the series, while Jisshu once again plays her husband, whose decisions continue to impact her life. Speaking about his off-screen chemistry with Kajol during the series, Jisshu explained that his and Kajol's bond was like that of Tom and Jessie.

Jisshu Sengupta is a big fan of Kajol

In an exclusive interview with NDTV about working with Kajol, Jisshu revealed how his fanboy love blossomed into a deep friendship. "I grew up watching her films. When she came to Mehboob Studio for our first photoshoot, I was a little nervous and didn't know how to start the conversation," he said.

Jisshu further added, “I worked with Kajol's mother and actress Tanuja Aunty in a Bengali film where we played mother and son. I told Kajol, 'Madam, I've worked with Tanuja Aunty.' She immediately smiled and said, 'Sure, I know.' The best part was when she said, 'Don't call me ma'am.' That's where the conversation started.”

There was a Tom and Jerry-like relationship on set.

Jeeshu says, "It was great working with her, and we were like Tom and Jerry on set. Our director, Umesh Bisht, would sometimes say, 'Let's shoot a little bit now?' because we used to joke around a lot." Being a Kajol fan, I love all her films from the '90s. When I tell her I'm a big fan, she teases me by asking me questions about her films because I have a weak memory and sometimes get stuck.
