News Topical, Digital Desk : New information has emerged on the military conflict between India and Pakistan. It is said that India had fired 15 Brahmos missiles to target Pakistan's airbases. Before firing these missiles, the Indian Armed Forces had sent dummy fighter planes to fool Pakistan. These planes were pilotless and were sent in such a way that Pakistan thought that these were real Indian aircrafts. When the dummy aircrafts engaged Pakistan's air defense, at the same time India attacked 11 Pakistani airbases with the Brahmos supersonic missile and caused devastation.
Pakistan was left stunned
The Indian Army attacked Pakistan in such a way that it was stunned. All its defenses failed and it kept watching the destruction caused by India's Brahmos missiles. After the attack on tourists in Pahalgam on April 22, India had attacked the terrorist hideouts in Pakistan. It was claimed that more than 100 terrorists were killed in this attack. The hideouts of Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar and Hizbul were destroyed by the Indian Armed Forces.
11 air bases of Pakistan destroyed
After this, Pakistan started attacking Indian military bases with drones and missiles. India also warned that it had not targeted Pakistan's military and civilian bases. But Pakistan continued to attack. In the end, the Indian Armed Force made a strategy and destroyed Pakistan's air defense as well as 11 airbases.
Air defense system failed
This attack by India has gone down in military history as one of the most daring and strategically ambitious counter-attacks ever between two nuclear-armed countries. On the intervening night of 9 and 10 May, the Indian Air Force, with the help of other forces, attacked 11 out of 12 Pakistani airbases. Not only this, the air defense system provided to Pakistan with the help of China failed.
Brahmos and Scalp missiles caused devastation
The maximum damage to the Pakistani Air Force bases was caused by the BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles and the Scalp missiles mounted on the Rafale fighter jets. India used its most powerful strategic weapons to give Pakistan a hard time. According to sources, as soon as Pakistan's radars and air defense network were activated to shoot down the incoming Indian missiles, the Indian Army fired its weapons, including the Israeli-made Harops, at high altitudes and targeted Pakistan's air defense radars and command and control systems.
HQ-9 air defense did not work
The Pakistan Air Force had deployed its entire set of HQ-9 air defense missile system launchers and radars at various locations. As soon as these were activated, the Indian Army got their location. After this, the Indian Air Force attacked the Pakistani air bases with long-range missiles, which included Brahmos and Scalp missiles. About 15 Brahmos missiles and Scalp, Rampage and Crystal Maze missiles were fired in the attack. The result of the attacks on the Pakistani airbases was that the Pakistan Air Force had to send its aircraft to various rear bases.
This is the first time that the BrahMos missile system has been used in such a conflict and it showed the immense potential of the supersonic cruise missile. According to sources, the attacks on Pakistani air bases were so intense that Pakistan requested immediate talks with the DGMO to prevent military action.
