Today, i.e. on Wednesday, June 4, FIIs and FPIs have bought equity worth Rs 1076.18 crore. Earlier, in the remaining two sessions of June, i.e. on June 2 and June 3, FIIs had sold shares worth more than Rs 2500 crore each. On Wednesday, the trend of decline in the market also stopped and after 3 days of decline, today the index closed in the green mark.

What were today's figures?

According to the data released by NSE, domestic investors have bought shares worth Rs 13045.17 crore today and sold shares worth Rs 10478.82 crore today. That is, today domestic investors have made a net purchase of Rs 2566.82 crore. On the other hand, FIIs have bought equities worth Rs 16575.56 crore and on the other hand, foreign investors have sold shares worth Rs 15499.38 crore, that is, today foreign investors have made a net purchase of Rs 1076.8 crore. Earlier, FIIs sold shares worth Rs 2854 crore on June 3 and Rs 2589 crore on June 2. On the other hand, domestic investors bought shares worth Rs 5908 crore on June 3 and Rs 5314 crore on June 2. How was today's trading? At the end of Wednesday's trading, Nifty closed at 24,620 with a gain of 78 points. At the same time, Sensex closed at 80,998, up 261 points. Nifty Bank closed at 55,676, up 77 points. The midcap index closed at the upper level of the day today. The index has increased by 0.7 percent today. Talking about the sectoral front, the metal, oil & gas, energy index closed on the rise. Apart from this, pressure was seen on realty stocks.
