News Topical, Digital Desk : The FBI has released two photos of the person involved in the Charlie Kirk murder case. Investigators had appealed to the public for information. In the two photos released, a person is seen wearing a hat, sunglasses and a long-sleeved black shirt.

The suspect appears to be of college age

Utah DPS Commissioner Beau Mason said the suspect appears to be of college age. He also said police have photos of the suspect. He added, "We are confident in our ability to locate that individual."

 

The killer's rifle has been found

Charlie Kirk, a close aide to US President Donald Trump, was assassinated during an event on Wednesday. The sniper who killed 31-year-old Kirk jumped off the roof and fled after firing. The FBI has announced that the assassin's high-powered rifle has been found.

FBI Special Agent Robert Bohls announced that the rifle was found in a "wooded area" where the shooter fled and said the weapon would be further analyzed by the FBI laboratory. He further added that a "shoeprint" and "armprint" were also found, which were also being studied.
