The total earnings of Stree 2 at the box office are around 520 crores, while the net collection of Animal at the domestic box office is 556.36 crores. Now the question arises that how did Stree 2 win. Actually, the profit of 'Stree-2' is many times more than 'Animal'.

According to the report of Economic Times, the total budget of Stree 2 was 60 crores, while the film has earned a total of 520 crores, thus the return of investment of the film is 767 percent compared to the amount of money spent by the makers on the film. The film has earned 460 crores more than its budget, which is seven times more.

Talking about the film Animal, the budget of this film directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga was around 200 crores and the movie did a total business of 556.36 crores. The return of the film was 177 percent and the movie earned 356 crores more than its earnings.

Shah Rukh Khan's Jawaan also accepted defeat from Stree 2

Among the films that have fallen short in terms of profit in front of Stree 2 is not just Ranbir Kapoor's movie, but also Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawaan'. Made on a budget of 370 crores, the Shah Rukh Khan-Nayantara starrer film did a total business of 643.87 crores at the box office.

After recovering its budget, the net collection of this film at the Indian box office is more than 273.87 crores. The return of investment of the movie is 113 percent. That means overall 'Stree 2' has become that Bollywood movie on which less money has been spent, but the earnings have been many times more.
