Another person's name came forward in MeToo

After director Ranjit, actor-producer Siddiqui, the name of famous actor Baburaj has come up in the MeToo movement of Malayalam cinema. 

Baburaj accused of sexual harassment

Baburaj, who has given many hit films to Mollywood (Malayalam film industry), has been accused of sexual harassment by a junior artist. It is alleged that Baburaj, the joint secretary of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA), called her to his house and sexually harassed her. Sexual abuse done by luring movie

The woman claims that in 2019, Baburaj called her to his house by luring her to cast her in his movie. She was told that the screenwriter and director would also be present. But when she reached, she saw that no one was at home. She has revealed that when she reached Baburaj's house, she saw that no one was there. The woman claims that Baburaj told her that everyone else would also be coming. Till then she should take rest. After a while, Baburaj came into the room and started sexually abusing her. 

The woman also claimed that after this incident, she ran away from Baburaj's house and never contacted him again. But Baburaj kept sending her obscene messages even after this, to which she never responded.
