New Delhi: Often, shocking revelations are made about the behind-the-scenes scenes of this glamorous world. Recently, under the Hema Committee report, many cases of sexual harassment of actresses in the Malayalam film industry came to light one after the other, after knowing which people were shocked. Now, this fire of sexual harassment revelations has spread to other regions of the South and Bollywood as well.

Famous choreographer of Indian cinema Sheikh Jani Basha (Jani Master) has been accused of sexually assaulting a 21-year-old girl multiple times. 

Sexual harassment allegations against Jani Master

According to news agency ANI, a zero FIR has been registered against Jani Master at the Raidurgam police station in Hyderabad. A 21-year-old female choreographer has filed a police complaint against him. The woman alleges that Jani Master has sexually abused her several times. 

According to a Hindustan Times report, the woman who made the allegations has been working with Jani Master for the past several months. She has claimed that Jani Master has sexually harassed her several times during outdoor shoots. She has been accused of sexually harassing Jani Master several times during shoots in Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad. 

The report quoted the police as saying that Jani Master sexually harassed the victim several times in Narsingi. The woman is a resident of that place, so the case has been transferred to the police there. Investigation of the case is ongoing.

FIR lodged under section 376 (2)

An FIR has been filed against Jani Master under Section 376 (Clause 2) for rape, Section 506 (Criminal Intimidation) and Section 323 (Voluntarily causing hurt). Shikha Goyal, DG of Women Safety Wing from Telangana said that people from the film fraternity approached her regarding this so that she can guide them in this matter.

Jani Master has worked in South as well as Hindi films. He has worked with many stars including Allu Arjun, Salman Khan, Rashmika Mandana, Tamanna Bhatia. Jani Master has choreographed many songs including Jai Ho, Racha, Shrivalli song from 'Pushpa', 'Aaj Ki Raat' from ' Stree 2 ', 'Do You Know' from 'Khel Khel Mein'.
