According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, when Emraan Hashmi was shooting for his first South film OG in Aarey Colony, Goregaon, Mumbai, the actor was feeling a little down, after which the people present there advised him to seek advice from a doctor due to the increase in dengue cases in Maharashtra. After medical consultation, it was confirmed that the actor has dengue.
After the doctor confirmed that he had dengue, Emraan Hashmi immediately informed the producers about it and said that he would not be able to be present on the set for some time. He expressed his regret for the shooting being halted. However, the production team understood the actor's situation and fully supported him.
According to reports, Emraan Hashmi is currently resting at home. If he recovers from dengue in a week, he can resume shooting for the film OG.
