News Topical, Digital Desk : The country's leading real estate company DLF Ltd has announced the launch of a new luxury housing project 'DLF Privana North' in Gurugram, in which the company will invest about Rs 5,500 crore. The project will be spread over an area of ​​18 acres in Sector 76/77 of Gurugram and more than 1,150 luxurious apartments will be built in it. This new project will be a part of DLF's 116-acre township 'DLF Privana', under which two projects named 'DLF Privana West' and 'DLF Privana South' have already been launched and fully sold.

Previous projects broke records

In May 2024, DLF earned a revenue of Rs 5,590 crore by selling 795 apartments of 'Privana West' in just three days. In January 2024, the company sold 1,113 luxury apartments of 'Privana South' in just three days and booked Rs 7,200 crore. The new project is the third project in this township. DLF Managing Director Ashok Tyagi recently informed that the company's sales booking target for this financial year is between Rs 20,000 to Rs 22,000 crore. In the last financial year 2024-25, the company recorded a record sales booking of Rs 21,223 crore, which was 44 percent more than the previous year. To achieve the sales target for this year, the company is planning to launch new housing properties worth more than Rs 17,000 crore this year. 'The Dahlias' and future plans DLF also launched a super luxury project named 'The Dahlias' in 2024-25, which has a total sales potential of Rs 35,000 crore. The company claims that this project has also received a great booking of Rs 13,744 crore. At the same time, DLF's Joint MD and Chief Business Officer Akash Ohri said that the 'Privana North' project will be launched within this quarter. How has been the financial performance of the company? DLF's net profit in the financial year 2024-25 was Rs 4,366.82 crore, which is much higher than the previous year's Rs 2,723.53 crore. At the same time, the total income of the company stood at Rs 8,995.89 crore, which was at Rs 6,958.34 crore in 2023-24.
